About Latisha Marshall
Latisha has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial management with concentration in affordable housing. She has given back and managed communities that she grew up in the Washington Metropolitan area. Her passion for public service, providing empowerment and education to those that would otherwise have no access to resources makes her a valuable asset to the communities she serves. Her belief in the affordable housing initiatives that help foster communities and thriving families is a breath of fresh air.
Latisha received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, and her Masters in Sociology from the University of Essex, Colchester England. She holds her Tax Credit Certification and Certified Occupancy Specialist as well as she is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland.
